I apologize if you were not made aware of our rewards program and how it works. For every $150 you spend, pre-tax, we give you a $15 reward to be used within 6 months. I am going to go ahead and add a $15 store credit to your account for the inconvenience. You can use this whenever your next visit to the store is. Seren is the best! I absolutely love my new cloudsurfers. I had a friend come with me to the store and she spoke of how amazing the service was when we went. I had suggested her go to the store for a pair of shoes recently and she was blown away by the service then as well. You guys are the bomb :)
