Great customer service
Train your staff better! I requested a slip-on style of the ON shoe. Salesperson said "We don't have it." I pointed to a shoe on display that laces up but doesn't require tying, "don't you have these?" He went downstairs and reappeared with two styles in my size. I was very happy with the fit and bought both, but the salesperson was not helpful and seemed like he couldn't be bothered. Attitudes like this lose sales! They should be asking the customer questions, like, "can you describe the shoe a bit more, do you see anything on the shelf that looks like what you have in mind," etc.
Excellent service and friendly
I was very pleased by the assistance from the Fleet Feet staffer. My shoes are extremely comfortable and sportly looking as well. Will certainly return for future purchases.
