Caroline did an excellent job returning shoes from another store and contacting them so I could get replacement shoes from her store. She found me 2 pairs of shoes and very knowledgeable. She will be my shoe person while I live in savannah.

I like that the employees are very helpful and professionals at what they do and the environment of the store. I also like how they don’t try to sell you on just one shoe, they give you a multitude of options of what shoes would be best suit you. Also I’ve already recommended fleet feet to my friends, family, and a hunch of my co-workers.

Great products & amazing service
Staff are friendly & engaging! When I shared I was doing my first marathon I was met with excitement and enthusiasm from the staff. I had a foot scan which is a great service and was able to try several pairs of sneakers on. I left secure with my purchase knowing my equipment will help me prepare for my marathon.
First & most important- the manager of the store Posey was just perfect!! (I apologize if I spelled her name wrong); she made me feel so to be there with her ultimate kindness & of course her extreme professionalism about all the products of the business. All my life I had never wore the proper t-shoes.. even the size has always been wrong!! Thanks to this awesome company with their upmost high technology- I’am able to protect my feet every step of the way! Back to the awesome manager- wow! What an asset, she truly knows the products & her ability to communicate so effectively with customers is a gift . Grateful😊 First name removed- Kaye

service was great spent time and gave good advice.
Salesperson listened to my issues with pain and evaluated my foot and gate. I wanted to try Hoka shoes and she put an insert in the shoe to solve my issues. The next day I put the shoes on after work. I walked about 5 feet and my knee pain stopped and didn’t start again until the next morning when I put the work shoes back on.
Took time to fully fit me. Many options. Not rushed. Even offered different price ranges without pushing for the expensive shoes

The staff is excellent. They will keep looking for and trying to fit the customers with just the right shoe for them. The staff is very knowledgeable and up to date regarding many different brands and models of athletic shoes, not just running shoes but gym or court shoes as well.
I haven’t used the product outside of the store yet but the service provided was excellent. I really appreciated the knowledge, thoroughness, and attentiveness of the staff member that helped me get the right running shoe and insert for me.
