Attentive, receptive, kind staff. Great selection with easy option to order items from other locations as needed.
The sales clerk was very informative and pleasant. Saucony seems to be comfortable but have not used them much yet.

John at the Mt Juliet store was phenomenal! He listened to what I wanted and got me shoes that were great for what I needed them for. He came off very easy and felt like he really wanted to get me the perfect shoe. All 3 shoes he brought I liked and the Hoka’s were PERFECT for me and what I was looking for. I’m extremely happy with the shoes and service from John. Also the foot scanner is pretty cool equipment!

Personalized and tailored to each individual customer experience. The customer service was SUPERB at both the Plano and Coppell locations. Ability to try on the shoes after scanning feet and confirming comfort. Return/exchange policy is great! Did not feel rushed at all for in-store experience. Highly recommneded!
