My sales person, I believe his name was Miki, was absolutely fantastic. He spent quite a deal of time with me, explaining the specific issues with my foot pain based on the tests done there at the store, and what shoes (and why!) would be best for my feet. I know this type of attention and thoroughness is typical of your store, however, I still feel Miki went above and beyond. Give that man a raise!
In store sales Rep Makela was top notch. Very informative but not high pressure. She took all of my feet requirements into consideration, didn't rush me and got me into the best pair of shoes I've had in years! Thanks

I bought some Hoka shoes and they are so comfortable. The team inside the store were so helpful and kind. They welcomed me with smiles and it was a great atmosphere.
I pibe how an assistant came out right away to ask if I needed anything and then took the time to help me choose the shoes that best suited me. I had a great experience and recommend Fleet feet to anyone looking for a great pair of shoes!

Professionalism of the staff, Jack, that I worked with.He listened to what I had to say and my needs, race walking shoes, and brought out several different brands for me to try on until I found what I felt were the correct shoes for me. The store was well stocked and looked immaculate.

This store is for athletes who know what they want and don’t require special knowledge of foot issues. The young woman who assisted me got everything wrong - from my shoe size (she said ima 7 when I have measured 8 to 8.5 for years) to pronation or supination (I have issues with supination- she said pronation). She is young but said she is the fit expert. I told her I have issues with RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis) and that my toes curl under. She said it’s from wearing too tight shoes. I came home with New Balance which I’ll return as soon as we go to that part of town. Someone needs to train better in sales - that it is important to connect with your customer by engagement. Once we got her story she was mostly silent. She is cute and athletic which is good for athletes who come in knowing what they need. But not so good with older customers who need direction.
Heather was great! She knew what she was doing, plus she was friendly and outgoing. She worked with my custom orthotics and shoe insoles to get the best, most comfortable fit.
The products are always fine, but you can find them in many places.
However, what has always brought us back is the level of service. Busy or not, you are always welcomed and I have never felt rushed. The knowledge, advice, and recommendations are always spot on. The only time i've returned a pair of shoes was because I didn't listen.
I forgot to get the name of the young man who helped me the other day at the Roseville store (our favorite store), but he was great. For example, the pair of shoes I purchased was the least expensive of all of the shoes I tried on and he never pushed the more expensive models. He was more focused on the shoes that fit best.
There are very few inexpensive products at Fleet Feet (no offense) so it's been important for our family to get what we need for the price we pay. We get that and that's what brings us back.

The customer service was top notch! I was greeted and helped by a fabulous mother daughter staff. I struggle with knee pain and Plantar Fasciitis, they were extremely knowledgeable when it came to picking the prefect shoe. I will be recommending this store to all my friends and clients.
