I liked having someone map my feet and suggest different shoes for me
Great variety of shoes and accessories, all quality products. The sales staff has always been knowledgeable and helpful. I can trust when I make a purchase there I am getting what I need for my feet.
Usually when I go to Fleet Feet the associate assisting me is very into making sure the shoes fit well and usually feels the shoes on my feet to make sure the fit is right. Which is why I go to fleet feet. This time the associate sat there and handed me the box and sat there like a knot on a log and asked if they fit. He did recommend new shoes after i tried on the Hoka Bondi8 and they did not feel right. Normally i wear the Bondi.
Amazing customer service and the shoe that I purchased is the most comfortable, perfect fit I have ever had. I am post foot surgery and was struggling with pain while walking. My new Hoka’s virtually eliminate my pain while I wear them.
Associate was very nice and friendly. However, he didn't apply my rewards and did not know how to give military discount. I was ok with not receiving military discount but wanted to use rewards prior to them expiring. I didn't realize they weren't used until I checked receipt later that day. He should have asked for help if he wasn't sure how to do something.

Knowledgeable staff and return policy
The young girl who waited on us was fabulous. She took her time and made sure we understood what she was saying. She picked out several shoes for us to try on and we settled for the first pair he tried on.
I was recommended to Fleet Feet by multiple friends. I have health issues which can be helped greatly by proper shoes. I was very impressed and grateful for the attentive, knowledgeable and friendly service provided to me by Sam. I will be returning and highly recommending Fleet Feet!!! Thank you, Sam!!
