Very personalized. Brought my son in to get fitted for running shoes and he's very pleased with them. The salesperson spent a good amount of time assessing his feet and listening to what he needed then made some accurate selections for him to try based on that.

Taking the time with the customer! Just like the kind of store I grew up with as a kid. No rush to make a sale. Able to try on different styles and do a "blind test" (I often go by looks instead of comfort, I have found!)

Aaron was the best āfoot guyā Iāve ever worked with in my 59 years of wandering the planet. He spent so much time with me and was so knowledgeableāI was sent to FF by a podiatrist and Aaron even had had the same issue with his metatarsal that I am currently experiencing. I bought a pair of Hokaās and they have been helping a lot. (My foot was crushed by a 600lb case so Iām not āhealedā but these shoes are definitely helping!) I see why doctors, physical therapists, and podiatrists recommend FF to patients and Aaron has to be the best guy in there!
