Kaliea (sp.?) at the Loveland Fleet Fleet was so personable and knowledgeable! The 3D feet scan is so cool and informative. I was having some issues with my feet and after wearing my Fleet Feet purchased shoes for just one day they are already getting better! I won’t buy my gym shoes from anywhere else now!

I like the personalized attention Fleet Feet provides. The fact that employees are trained to look at how people walk so they can suggest shoes that are going to work and fit best for the customer.

Staff. Knowledgeable and helpful
Bad customer service. Staff was not helpful. Pointed to a box of shoes and told me to look for myself. Poorly organized inside store and inefficient methods of serving customers. Also, sneaker “donation” box made store smell like dirty old locker room. Sorry, but horrible experience.
Staff and selection superb. Recommend going at less popular time. You will leave with some perfectly fitting shoes.
the one-on-one customer service
I liked the fact that the store had everything you may need all in one place such as the socks, shoes, and inserts. I also like being able to review my results and seeing how my foot was distributing pressures, the width of my foot, and length of my foot.
