Staff are very friendly and helpful. Having the 'scan' of my feet to show me the changes that have occurred and the differences between them were extremely helpful. I was able to see how my arch in one foot has 'broken' and widened my foot to the point where I now need wide shoes. I would never have known it without the scan. The staff was helpful in finding both shoes and inserts that were the most comfortable for me based on my individual needs.
