Harrison at Clemmons branch, North Carolina was outstanding. Very patient, knowledgeable, great, listening skills and understanding the customer. Not pushy at all and respected and worked with my needs. Pleasantly surprised me by drawing a good distinction between objective data/Internet research and reviews and subjective feeling in making the perfect decision. Very intriguing and useful process with foot mapping/analyzing gait before jumping into A/B testing with different shoes. Best shoe in the market may not be the best shoe for you. It’s good to do research but it’s more important to understand how it may suit your needs, try it and then buy.
All of the products are high quality. The associates are all extremely knowledgeable and courteous.

First, your products are (among) the best available, at reasonable/realistic prices. With that said, I'd add that your staff are the big draw for me. My late husband had advanced Parkinson's, and we heard of your shop (the Blue Ash location) both from others in our PD Wellness and Support Group, and from marathon runners. When we visited, we were met with kindness, gentle care, and expert knowledge for my husband's needs.
Then we discovered the Oakley location, and I haven't shopped for shoes anywhere else since, (except that one time we needed "dress-up" shoes to go with our all-purpose black suits (Grin))
The foot scanner is a great asset for people with special needs.

The personalized customer service is excellent, along with a great selection of running shoes.
I wasn’t pleased with spending $160 and having to walk out the store without being asked if I wanted my shoes in a bag. I may have said I didn’t need a bag but it would’ve been nice to have the option. This may not be a big deal to some but as a black woman, I’m very uncomfortable when this happens because we’re often looked upon by others as criminals. As I was walking to my car I was praying that I wouldn’t get stopped and questioned about the box.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. She found the perfect fit for me and also showed me how to properly tie my running shoes for the best fit and comfort.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and took her time to explain the various shoes. She also explained how the foot scan worked and what each thing it measured and looked at meant.
