I was very pleased with the whole sizing/fitting process, The saleslady was so patient and kept bringing out shoes that she thought would work better for me. She and I agreed on the best shoe for me but unfortunately my size was not available. The second choice is working nicely.
The salesman was informative, patient and kind. We loved the shopping and purchasing experience! Please give him our thanks for a job well done!

Sales people at Fleet Feet can really talk about running and running shoes, and the store carries products for every runner.
All of the workers in the store are so patient and knowledgeable! I always feel like all of my requests and questions are heard without feeling rushed. The number of products in the store is wonderful as well! I will always come here for my running needs.

If you want an affordable pair of shoe go somewhere else. If you're looking to buy quality footwear then shop at Fleet Feet. The in-store personnel has been great in past visits. This time I decided to purchase a pair of trail running shoes online. They arrived within a week which was nice. Only complaint is the toe area is a little snug but should be ok.

Fleet Feet doesn't just fit a shoe to your foot, they scan your feet, give you options, tell you how you can save dollars and take their time with you to ensure the right fit for your individual needs. I was beyond impressed as they take buying the right shoe to a whole new level. Gone are the days of buying my running shoes on the Internet. Other items like seamless toe socks and a world of other accessories are top shelf and designed for the best exercise experience possible.
I am 73 years old and run and walk from 5-8 miles a day. They treated me like a king.
Oh, and if you think you can't, maybe you really can.
