The front desk was very friendly both when I first joined and again when I went for the first time. The instructor was also very nice and encouraging. The facility was clean and everyone that I encountered was wonderful. I can't wait to go back!
I liked that the teacher as well as the other students were very friendly and welcoming, I have been to other studios where they treat new people like they are in the way, it is not like that here! I enjoyed the class as well as the company.

Love the staff and the atmosphere
I loved everything about the facility. The staff, the location, the instruction. It was with a heavy heart that I recently sent an e-mail request to cancel my membership for health reasons (back surgery). I hope to be able to rejoin next year. Name removed

It reduces stress. I do sugguest that your instructors keep the doors closed during classes. The draft is cold on my muscles.

Very professional staff and well run format. Only thing that I wish could improve is the smell in the yoga room. I certainly realize that everyone is sweating profusely, but the smell isn't as if there is massive body odor, more of a stale smell. Could something be done about this?

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable right away after being greeted by such an excellent group of instructors and staff. I not only had a fantastic workout both mentally and physically, but the overall atmosphere of the studio was more than welcoming. Thank you so much for a great first time experience. I can't wait to continue with Bikram Yoga!
