How relieved I feel afterwards. I carry less stress, sweat out bad toxins, my back and spine have less pain, and I can maintain a healthy weight. I love the quiet atmosphere and heat. It helps me focus way more and stop worrying about the judgement from others. The peers and staff are very nice.
