Front desk frienly, studio is clean. I like 60 minutes class. Limit 3 minutes for shower if peoples are waiting in line please!

I love the classes. I have not been this dedicated to working out in a long time. I love being able to unplug for 60 or 90 minutes at a time for class. I wish there was a mid-afternoon class, maybe around 12:30 or 3:30 in Arlington. Sometimes with my schedule I finish early for the day.

The remodel and even tho I haven't tried the 1hr classes I'm sure that will make it more doable for new people.
I sweated and that ya'll understood that I couldn't keep up and it was ok to just sit or to even try a little. You made me feel comfortable.

The staff at Bikram North Texas sets you apart from others. It's nice for you to know my name even when I haven't been in a while. It has a community feel which I like. Not to mention the expertise and knowledge. For me, it's the personal touch. Thank you ~ I always feel welcomed and appreciated when I walk through the doors :)

The entire staff is friendly from the moment you walk in to when you walk out the door. Instructors are great and available to help after class. I also like the new 1 hour class for a change of pace.
