Your website is packed with lots of information for the first-timer. Navigating around the website was super easy and made signing up for my introductory month a snap. Arriving at the studio at 5 am, Lisa was already inside getting everything set up and ready. She explained a few things to me....even the basics of where to lay my mat. I appreciate her willingness to help and welcoming attitude as it made me feel like she was genuinely happy that I was there...not that I was an inconvenience.

Instructor is very positive and helps with new people understand pose and how to master it correctly. Its clean every morning when just get in. And the class is very helpful.
