Hot yoga ....
I would like to comment on the 60 minute class. Although I enjoyed it, got out faster, etc., I didn't feel like I spent enough time in svasana. The prana one receives is necessary, I believe, to get the full benefits of Bikram yoga series. It will be nice through the summer however, because usually I skip summer all together because of the heat. So in summary, I believe the 60 minute classes through the summer months will keep me going at last twice a week, if not three, before cooler fall temperatures come upon us once more.

The way the instructors talk to the group and let us know why we are doing this move and what the benefits of it are and if we are doing it wrong, then the instructors talk nicely about it to improve your stance as opposed to making us feel silly.
