I like the atmosphere everyone seems to be very respectful and there aren’t a ton of people with tripods filming themselves.
The separate rooms with different purposes and equipment help to make the gym not feel super overcrowded.
Amenity rich, spacious and low key.
Love how they have heated pools and things for family to do, including a great family plan. My 12 year old can use the entire facility, and the younger one has a supervised play area.

Nice clean and spacious environment! It can get a little busy but there is enough space to make it work. The cleanliness of the basketball courts could be better.
CFF It’s very clean. The staff is polite and always ready to help. The machines are well taken care of and modern.
The variety of equipment is great, as well as the availability of classes. I love the dry sauna and the hot tub. Haven’t taken my kids to the pool yet, but I assume that will be great in the summer. Some of the machines need to be lubricated though, and at least one of the water filters needs changing. And I wish childcare hours were also provided in the afternoon/evening on the weekends.

I love that everyone is friendly. I like that the trainers offices are in the middle and I was helped on my form by one of them that just saw me struggling.

California family fitness on Watt and Arden is family friendly oriented. Every time I go in I feel like I’m part of the family and am always greeted with a warm welcome. The manager Karen is really nice and attentive and always has a smile. I definitely would recommend this Cal Fit location.

I really like this Cal Fit! It has such a casual, friendly vibe. Very nice people work there that are always available if you have a problem or a question, but nobody is breathing down your neck. All different age groups feel welcome. It’s just a really cool gym.

In the past the friendly atmosphere but lately there seems to be a much larger number of high school kids with their juvenile behavior in the Rocklin club.
