Wonderful atmosphere. Great staff.
I have been going to Orangevale since 2000 and I am very comfortable there. Excellent variety of machines. Wish there were more yoga classes and a zumba gold class and young at heart! Other than that Orangevale is perfect.
I like the people that work at the club. They are young vibrant and friendly. There's a relaxed atmosphere, particularly before 5pm. I feel comfortable getting back in shape at an older age, too. My kids enjoyed the kids club and now work out on the machines. I'm waiting for more classes to start post Civid.
The Watt Gym is very clean , bright and welcoming. I love the Midtown gym as well but very disappointed the pool is closed!!

Therapy pool I’d great for aqua classes when it’s cold outside.
CalFit offers a variety of group exercise classes throughout the day and night. Lots of exercise equipment on the floor too but I personally like group exercise.
Plenty of amenities to choose from, friendly & helpful staff, clean locker rooms, and a fun childcare for the kids!

Elisabeth, a personal trainer, has zeroed in on my needs, The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Always full of members! Motivating
I only attend Elizabeth's yoga class on Sundays. She is AWESOME!!! Unfortunately only classes get me to work out. Please bring back Pilate, yoga, or something weekday evening classes. Pilates would be my preference. I use to attend Bernadette's classes around 6 or 6:30pm after work and I miss them.

I like the pool, but wish it was warmer and wished the handicap lift chair into the spa worked and there were more coat hooks outsider the sauna.

Love the gym in Florin! The equipment is always functional and in good shape and the staff is awesome. I highly recommend your gym to everyone I know in Sac!
The Club is well located and has the latest equipment. The Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The Club is well named since the members are like one big Family. I have been a member for many years and it has become part of my daily life. TR Petruzzi
