I love the pool. The staff is great, especially Ari. It feels laid back and no one is there to show off their hot bodies so much as to just work out.

What I don’t like: too much pool time is spent on kids’ lessons. There have been times when I had to swim three to a lane while there were 5 kids taking up two lanes. Also why can’t the kids have the lane with the steps/ladder?

I’ve also been kicked out of the pool for water aerobics—-the whole pool was taken up for FIVE participants. When the attendance at those classes is that low, at least one lane should be kept open for lap swimming—and again, why can’t they take the lane that has the steps? Those steps make that lane really unattractive to swimmers—no flip turns, have to take a yard off our distance for every lap.

It has everything! Great space, great selection of weights & equipment.

I enjoy the group fitness classes and the addition of pickleball to the gym. Staff and members are friendly and vibe is very positive.

Friendly and inclusive. Equipment is newer, I like the stationary bikes with TV screens.

Clean gym.

Club equipment is great, plenty of room regardless of time of day. There is a good mixture of seniors, young people, avid lifters and in between. Spin classes are top notch. Cathi and Von in particular run excellent spin classes.

One item you might add as we approach summer. Have a few sessions (Free or low cost) where some of the body fit instructors talk about getting in shape for hiking and backpacking season. CalFit Roseville has THE BEST staff! From the greeters at the front desk to the amazing staff that keep the location clean, the staff that take care of all of our kids, and can’t forget the ones that also clean up after gym goers that can’t seem to re-rack their weights or put their mats away. Everyone is so attentive to keeping the facility looking great and creating a positive/friendly environment.
