Its a very relaxing safe environment, staff are friendly and equipment is up to standard.

It’s clean and well-equipped; not too busy mid-morning; not too loud. People are friendly, yet it’s not like a social club or a fashion show. I seldom have to wait more than a few minutes for any particular apparatus. SUGGESTIONS: keep some bands and bricks on the main floor. Check often to see they are put away where they belong. I hate to interrupt classes to borrow some bricks and I have resorted to bringing bands from home. A pole/ broomstick also needs to be available. I don’t want to bring one so I often forget to those shoulder exercises at home.

I love everything about this Gym has everything to offer to get in great shape!

Close to home , friendly staff clean

I like the amount of equipment you have so there’s not to much waiting around for other people to get done as well as a big variety of exercises and such to work out with.

It is clean and close to home!

The openness of the floor and amount of machines and weights available is nice. The bathrooms could use some work and be more clean. Same with the sauna, the floor doesn’t look like it ever gets cleaned.

What I love about the club environment is the cleanliness and the variety of equipment. The overall atmosphere is very welcoming and encouraging.

Laid back- great yoga classes

It has a warm feeling, partly due to the rooms being smaller than the large factory type buildings that other fitness centers use. The only thing I don't like is the terrible "music" they play in the background which sounds like a bunch of people screaming.

There enough equipment that you'll always find something you want to do and everyone for the most part is friendly but not bothersome. And mainly, I can bring my kids

Variety for family

CalFit has friendly staff and are always willing to help everyone. They stepped up during Covid and installed exercise tents in their parking lot to accommodate continuous workouts. They have updated equipment. We have been members since 2004. It's important for us to stay in shape, to stay healthy and physically mobile. CalFit can do that for you.

The lap pool. Swimming outside in that pool and then heating up in the spa is a great experience.
