The club isn't overcrowded, the staff is so nice and very good location for me. The gym has more than enough equipment to use, which means no wait time..
I really like how clean this club is kept! I believe one of the cleaners is named Quici (not sure of the spelling), but she is very diligent in her cleaning...she should get a raise! This is the cleanest gym I have ever been a member of!
It's very clean and it provides great amenities like the dry sauna.

Spin classes are fun, basketball court, weights, a pool, and cardio machines are all helpful for staying in shape.
I really like the staff too. I turned 50 a few months ago and one of your staff noticed it was my birthday when I checked in. He made a big deal about it and said Happy Bithday sincerely to me. He did not know it but he was the only person to wish me a happy birthday and I really appreciated it.

Carmichael is a great club! The staff is excellent. Rachael and Drake are helpful and friendly at the front desk. Heidi works hard and keeps everything nice and clean. Shaun Ma's kickboxing class is the best. His full body workout is perfect. He's keeping all of us fit and he makes it fun!
