I am Ukrainian. I have been a member of this club for a long time. I like it, especially when the management changed. I like to swim in a nice, big and clean outdoor pool, I like the outdoor jacuzzi. I also like the steam room, which has recently been refurbished. Basically everywhere is pretty clean, but if the locker room and showers were cleaner, I wouldn't mind. The employees are always polite and attentive. I have already recommended this club to my friends.

It's always nice to have a gym that's not too crowded and has all the equipment you need. Plus, having friendly staff can make all the difference in making you feel comfortable and welcome.

I wanted to extend this compliment to the staff at CFF, Fair Oaks & Palm. Whether I am coming or going the staff at the front desk are always engaging, courteous, pleasant and typically very cheery! The conversation & comments feel genuine and not just a forced company line. It's not just the desk staff, but this compliment includes the trainers and other employees at the gym.

Variety of group fitness and access to pool

I like the relaxing environment. The personnel are very friendly and helpful. I love the pool year-round-it is clean and the temperature is perfect for swimming laps!

I only use the pool and the day care. I like that it is family friendly. The kids can swim in the pool and climb the rock wall.

I go to the club 5 days a week and love the classes. The instructors are the very best. That is a big draw for me! They are educated on the class and very supportive. That is what I like about the club environment. I feel very welcome there. I have also been very impressed with the customer service at the front desk and also when I call the corp office. All in all a very happy member! Keep it going!
