The staff are great--Robin, Priscilla, Zaneta, Justin...always friendly, professional, and accommodating. They really listen to us. I've noticed that the gym has been much cleaner, especially the women's locker room. I love going to the gym every day and am so grateful they are there!

Friendly and surprisingly has a lot of machines and choices that you don’t have to wait.
Staff is friendly and patrons respect each other taking their turns.

A warm welcome when you arrive at the facility. Someone is usually available to answer any technical question you have interest in understanding. Most of the equipment is in very good working order. If not you can report to the nearest advisor. One of the other best attributes of the facility is the number of different types of equipment. It really makes a workouts fun. We had a wonderful instructor, gabby Vega, she has been transferred to another facility.

It’s clean and well-equipped for its size.

For me, I NEED to come into a gym to workout and CFF is the place for me to do just that! I pull from the energy the people bring and I like the variety of the equipment options.

There is always someone cleaning the facility. Mopping floors or wiping unused equipment

Close by; good hours and good classes. Please don't change the Aqua class times!

People at check in are friendly and helpful; lots of equipment and well maintained; convenience to my neighborhood.

I have noticed lately though that cleanliness on the gym floor has been lacking. Water bottles left for days, same hand wipes and even same strands of hair left for over a month in and around workout area upstairs as well as equipment scattered around due to members not returning to appropriate areas.

I like that each club is unique. For the most part, the club is clean. I have a 9 for recommendation since I think you should have 2 on staff to clean and restock.

Get rid of all the phones in the locker room and on the floor would be nice. Waste a ton of time
