I need a sleeping room

The club has all needed training equipment and amenities. There are plenty of group exercise classes to choose from including yoga, body strength, zoomba, and others. On top of that it has basketball court, massage chairs, and outdoor pool with jet tub. Perks system is nice to have too. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to keep his or her body fit and sleek.

Friendly atmosphere. Quality machines are available for members to get a good workout. I love the Greenhaven club.

I did have one problem when I returned to CFF after three years away due to Covid. I asked for a few minutes of someone’s time to review settings on a few machines. I was told I should speak to Omar, one of the personal trainers. Omar wanted to talk to me regarding “my goals.” but wouldn’t give me a few minutes to help with settings. While I know he wanted to get me to take lessons so he could make money, I felt he was extremely unprofessional when he would not help me for a few minutes. Fortunately I spoke to the acting manager Marcus who helped me himself. Marcus was great and after a few minutes with him I was good to go.

I must say that I have been “a cheerleader” for California Family Fitness. Although my experience with Omar was extremely negative, I must say that was the only time I had to deal with a poor representative of the club. I have been a member for almost thirty years.

Many locations, plenty of equipment.

The hours of operation are good to allow for flexible schedules.
