It’s always friendly staff and the instructors are awesome!

I would like there to be more diversity in the cable news stations. Fox News is on everywhere and there’s no MSNBC or CNN. I’m hoping that California family fitness is not promoting one side of the political spectrum.

Friendly environment, clean, good group fitness classes. Group fitness room is equipped with floor fans, ambient lighting for yoga.

Front Desk staff are always friendly and set the check in gizmo in a way that I can check myself in quickly.

The woman who does cleaning in the ladies locker room does an excellent job keeping it clean around the sink area (only area I use).

Friendly personal staff

I like the current staff there. They are very attentive and friendly. Gym is kept clean and I love the bike racks. I use my bike for most commutes so I appreciate there's a place to leave it inside. Wouldn't mind if gym closed a bit later but I understand it's difficult in terms of staffing.

the people that work there are very very helpful and as a person that had extreme surgery, I can do nothing more than compliment how they took steps to help me start back on my road to recovery. The gym is always clean. The classes are great. The pool area is so inviting that one just wants to join in and work out.

There’s lots of space, I do not feel crowded when I work out. Staff are friendly.

Club environment feels very comfortable and variety of exercise machines are always available. I’m also pleased to have a personal trainer to work with me. Cameron had been very helpful since this is my first time using your facility.

Low key and clean

Been going there since it was Alhambra Fitness center. The location is familiar to me and since changing to California Family Fitness, I like it just as much. The staff and instructors are good and always helpful. The facility is clean.
During Covid; It wasn’t easy to exercise in the parking lot but you did the best you could to stay open during those times.

As previously stated I am familiar with the location and I like just it there.

It's a small club. Not as busy and crowded as the larger clubs. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff is friendly, and the class teachers are good. The space is comfortable, and the bathroom facilities are clean.
