I’m always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome when I check in at the front desk. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, polite and helpful.
The majority of the members are easy to approach and carry on a conversation with. There’s only a few members that refuse to rack their weights, or deliberately bang the weights.
My main concern is the dirty mens locker room. All of the shower stalls are dirty and moldy. The shower curtain in the handicap stall is covered with mold and needs to be replaced. The floor in the main locker room has been dirty every time I visit. These issues are a major turnoff to members, as well as a health hazard. I do understand that management is having difficulty hiring a male to clean the Men’s locker room. However, I do believe that it is essential to maintain clean locker rooms. Suggestion: Have the existing male staff, including the management team, clean the locker room on a rotational basis, while the search continues for a male candidate for the job.
I tried to change my score to a 7, before I submitted this review, but was not allowed to.

When you walk in you get a big smile and they know you personally. Its a nice feeling.

Family friendly

My favorite part of this gym is the Yoga instructors. Especially Camille and Shirley.
Music way to loud in cycle classes. Bring ear plugs to save your hearing.

The staff is very friendly! Especially Rachel! Always greets me by name with a smile! She is a gteat people person! Also I see the same members working out that I have become friends with! I feel comfortable at the gym!

I appreciate the location, staff is always helpful and friendly. You can play raquetball or basketball no matter what level you are.

Calm, organized, spacious locker rooms now. Easy shower stall and locker. Easy parking lot with shade.
Friendly staff. Ample cardio and weightlifting equipment.

Kid friendly

The staff is usually very friendly and attentive. Occasionally I feel it’s forced. But the pool is almost always great. In the winter the heater seems to be off often. Some of us only use the pool. We pay our dues too!

Friendly, not overly crowded, good selection of equipment, and the availability of a swimming pool.. Just about perfect. Best club I have ever joined.

Great location in proximity to my home! Plus, I am very familiar where all the equipment is, which is great for my workouts. Also, I love the pool! (Even though it is always FULL these days due to the extreme heat. -VLG

The classes are excellent. The staff at Watt Cal Fit are helpful and curious. My friend just joined and loves all of the amenities and classes.
