Your early morning staff have always been great but the friends I’ve made are the main reason I remain a member. I also think your evening staff and especially members need training on gym etiquette . Seems like the gym is in disarray early mornings and the morning members usually put equipment away
I enjoy the opening front desk staff. Its very clean due to Aura’s hard work. Im frustrated that maintenance is so slow and i asked for more mats in the womens shower to prevent falls but nothing happened

A variety of classes, nice staff and the ability to stop in at the club of my choice, making it more convenient and likely that I'll get to the gym. There are some really good instructors (shout out to Kim Burns) who take care to challenge us while paying attention to good form, decreasing the likelihood of injury,
I like all the classes offered and having access to many locations. Enjoy using the sauna and staff are friendly.

I like the instructors, they are all very helpful as the trainers are also. The front desk are always cheerful

Rachel is the most wonderful, caring professional manager and is always available to listen to my concerns. The atmosphere at Carmichael is welcoming and accepting of everyone. Please bring back Zumba Gold classes!

Iwona is a fantastic yoga teacher! I love her style. She explains with grace as we move through each of the moves / stretches. I love her class. Thank you Iwona! I wish she had additional teaching times in addition to Sunday mornings.
It would be great to have more disinfectant wipes/spray bottles wipes. People are not wiping down the equipment after they use it. It is rather gross.
