The front desk people are very pleasant. There are a large variety of machines to work out on. Pools are clean. Many free classes.

Friendly staff. Welcome you coming in and say goodbye when leaving. Members are friendly too.

California Family Fitness is a great place for exercise of every kind. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Plentiful equipment. Large facility with good air circulation. Not crowded.

As occurs in most gyms, a guy was “holding” three machines for his use. Given the availability of similar machines, it was only an annoyance and inconvenience since I had to go upstairs to do that exercise. If you don’t condone machine hogging, it would be nice to see some notification discouraging that behavior.

Teachers Kate Muir and Sean the kickboxing teacher. The club is cleaner than during the pandemic. Friendly front desk staff.

People at the front dest are helpful. It is clean and the equipment are in worming order. Plenty of parking.

I like all of the different classes, equipment, Jacuzzi and the pools. People at the front are friendly.

We just joined on Feb. 10th, and we love the staff, the facilities, and the convenient location. We signed up for a Personal Trainer since we haven't been at a gym for about 15 years. The Trainer (Austin) is great and has alot of knowledge. He is patient with us "newbies"- who also happen to be over 60! I have attended the Silver Sculpt and Strength Class, and I love it. The instructor, Sandy N. is so upbeat and she adapts the movements and exercises to various levels of expertise. Cody K. was the staff person who did our Orientation/Assessment and he was very knowledgeable about health/medical conditions/nutrition/excercise, etc. The gym is always very clean and well-maintained with lots of equipment. We highly recommend the Roseville California Family Fitness!

Very friendly staff and great trainers

There are so many different ways to exercise at this gym. Weights, machines, plenty of cardio options and all the different sport options as well. I love watching all the soccer games or practices while I work out upstairs.

Variety of offerings, nice staff - I go regularily to 2 sites, one very close (I can jog there, Pocket) and one further so I can swim (this one also has greater diversity of machines). Cal Fit is a great asset to the community.

One request: get the timing clock at the pool at Natomas back up - it's been gone for a month or so now, since it fell off during an earlier stor!.
Another minor request: 3 leg machines at the one on Florin (Pocket area) have been unavailable for over a week - a negative in that there are no alternatives at this site.

I like that there is a lot of space. Almost never you run to situations where you have to wait to do your exercise.

Only thing that I would like to have is more evening classes! People who work have no chance to come 9 AM cycle or 10 AM pilates. Yoga in the weekdays would also be something that people want. :)

It’s casual but has a lot to offer. It’s always clean and well kept.

The free weights and cardio equipment areas are not busy at the time that I go. I enjoy watching the youth soccer and basketball on the weekends. The Front Desk staff and manager are pleasant and attentive. Javier the maintenance man keeps the gym clean.
