Today was my 4th class after laying off yoga for a few years. Instructors are great.... I've had Anna, Stacy B, and Jenn. All are very knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. Anna is great with flow and rhythm of the class and Stacey B and Jenn are very knowledgeable and helpful in getting form correct. Studios ( Arlington and Fort Worth) are comfortable, warm, and work well for classes.

Instructors are very knowledgeable and focus on the basics to ensure you have the basics down and understand the importance of breath in order to receive full benefits of your practice.
