The teachers and the types of Yoga practice offered is good.
I would like to have the Sunday 9:00 class back on the schedule. Keeping the 11 would be nice as an option.
All the employees are so friendly. Everyone does their best to greet each person as they come through the door. I really feel a connection. Love the atmosphere. I enjoy meeting new people at each practice. Each instructor gives a little different flavor to our practice, which I love. I attend yoga 7-9 times a week, that's how much I love TheYogaProject ❤️

I love that every training I've gone to feels really supportive and safe. I feel comfortable to just be me, let my guard down and allow vulnerability. I learn so much each time I take a training that helps me understand what we are doing, the why behind it and concrete tools to apply in my teaching.

I enjoyed going to The Yoga Project when I was able to. I was unhappy about having to fulfill my contract because of my migraine medication preventing me from being in heated conditions, but I understand that I signed a contract and I'm not leaving The Toga Project harboring bad feelings. I always say good things about the establishment.

I love the variety from each of the teachers' classes - Russ, Katie, and Carol. Each has their own style which is very enjoyable and adds variety!
