What do you like about our services?

I absolutely love The Yoga Project and everything it stands for. I live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and every time i come to visit dallas i make it a point to go to yoga here. I currently do hot yoglates in Baton Rouge but nothing compares to the zen that i get from the yoga project. PLEASE OPEN ONE IN BATON ROUGE!!!!!

All instructors are helpful, it is 100% a no judgement zone, and I feel I grow a little more in my yoga journey with every class!

The only thing that would make the Yoga Project absolutely perfect, if there was a class at 6:30 every night! I work in north Fort Worth, and I'm always racing to make it to class on time.

I had a great session. Teacher was awesome and helpful.
I want to join but your class schedule doesn't match my availability at this time. But I am working at making the time.
I wish you had 5:30 am classes on Wednesday and Friday! That would be perfect for me!

What do you like about our services?

Since practicing yoga here I have grown not just physically but mentally. The instructors are gentle but will totally encourage you to push past your comfort zone. The Yoga Project is better than other hot yoga studios because they incorporate fun poses in with the basics. I could go on forever. 100% recommend.
