Service and quality of work
No soap residue. Great job on the carpet, it looks terrific. Did a really conscientious job of cleaning the carpet and also taking great care to protect our home from damage. Without a doubt the best we've ever had done. Thanks
The sweeper floor swisher is fantastic
So far, the cleaning seems to be great. I'm waiting to see how quickly the dirt reappears as has happened in the past.
Zerorez is amazing! My carpet is 3 years old and has never been cleaned. I have 6 kids and so I have a lot of door traffic. My carpets were in desperate need of cleaning. They now look brand new! And our technician was great! Really enjoyed zerorez and will recommend them to EVERYONE!
Although the tech tried to remove nail polish that spilled on our carpet he was not successful so I now have pink spots plus a yellowish stain around the larger spot . The area took a long time to dry 10+ hours .

I like that Zerorez does not use soap products to clean with and the service I revived was outstanding, starting with the prompt return call I revived to set up my appointment to the service technition Tyson, who educated me and my family about the products that they use and how they work . Very professional and took the time to make sure I was happy with the results as he was cleaning. Overall I have to say I would defiantly recommend Zerorez to my friends and family!

Customer service was thorough prior to service. Clear communication on exactly when technician would be there. Detailed explanation on costs of services needed. I was really impressed with the cleaning quality and that Tyson took the time to quote other services as well. I will definitely use Zerorez again, and won't be waiting as long to have my carpets cleaned.
