The carpets are clean and the technician doing the carpet cleaning was professional and very careful to do a great job and paid very close attention to the attaching flooring, making sure it did not get any chemical or water on it. I like that it is a "green product"....no lingering chemicals or smell. That's good, especially if you have allergies or asthma. The person cleaning my carpet was professional and friendly. They let you know, when they will be at your home, and are there on time. They take time to do the job correctly. (removing any spots) and ask me before they leave, if there is anything else they can do. They're helpful, without being pushy. My carpet looks fresh and clean. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.
