Instructors, schedules, variety of yoga disciplines

-I always come earlier to settle down and make the most of my class from beginning to end. Unfortunately some people are very loud and do not respect
the downtime atmosphere that others are looking for .
-i only took one restorative class so far and I was not expecting a wall to wall astrology lesson while I was holding my poses. I would have prefered being given a well thought intention before a pose and get some silence space to be more mindful about what was happening inside of me. (Hidden language is always nice to receive in a yin or restorative class.)
Kundalini : the 2 classes were well balanced for body and soul . Thank you to all the wonderful people greeting me at the door and guiding me in the studio!

Lovely studio space. Great view of the town. I'd prefer having a wood floor or cork or something else. By having carpet underneath our yoga mats there's not enough support for the wrists in down dog. Thankfully in our yin training we weren't doing much down dog or arm balances.

I also appreciate the clientele at the Sun Centre - I feel very safe there, not intimidated at all, which is not necessarily the case at the 4th Ave & downtown locations

Great atmosphere, great staff, great retail, great location
I think the instructors are great and the location is awesome. But the people attending are not friendly. For example, when people clean their yoga mat, they never offer the spray bottle to others around them. Also, most everyone seems stuck in their own bubble and people rarely smile at each other except for a few cliques of people who know each other or come together. I realize you might not be able to do much about this lack of community atmosphere.
I liked the Yoga instructor (Tiane) and her teaching method. Have not yet worked with anyone else!
My complaints are the general poor air quality in the large room , (AC, if any, was not noticeable on a warm summer day in August, in my experience).
The arrangement of the Yoga mats reminded me of an over crowded Italian beach.
It's up to me to decide, if I find the set-up acceptable or not for future enrolment.
