What do you like about our services?

I like the choice of a hot room or a regular temperature room. There is a good variety of classes. There are lockers and showers available. It is close to where I live. They have tea and fruit options to have before or after class

What do you like about our services?

I like certain teachers because they work me hard, play music and have a great sequence flow! I would like to see Sean (Ganga Ram) teaching more late afternoon/evening hot flows on the southside. I think Sara, Amy, Kim, Monica and Jenn provide fantastic instruction! Please keep them!!

What do you like about our services?

The teachers and staff are excellent, and the quality is always maintained. I always know what I'm going to get every time I go, even though the style of teaching varies (which is also an asset). And though it seems small, I love that towels are provided free of charge.

Its a wonderful friendly atmosphere. The girls up front are fantastic and so nice and helpful. The teachers are also so great. The classes are fun and hard at the same time.

The studio is so well kept, clean and organized. It has all the amenities I could need and more. I appreciate having the little boutique to go shopping in every once in a while. Also, I've never had a bad experience with teachers. They're all so fantastic!

Clean, tidy, modern, and convenient. I also like the range of classes and styles. My one complaint is that the new shampoo/body wash smells very masculine in my opinion
