I appreciate a practice more when the instructor participates by going through the poses themselves and also makes adjustments to me to help ensure that I am doing them correctly. I also like it when the instructor works through a flow with no ego and gauges the class to challenge us based on the group's ability. Suzy does an amazing job of all this and more!

I love my instructors, each one has their own style which allows me to have variation in my practice. I love that some of the GSR's know me by name. The location is very convenient.
