very accommodating with my first time coming into a new studio
there are variety of classes and they provide mat and towels.
The studios were very relaxing, staff is friendly a d the classes amazing. My first time and I very much enjoyed yogalife.
There is definitely certain attributes that I appreciate such as being able to sync with the yoga instructors. This greatly improves my flow when going through the pose sequences. Jenn Poholka is excellent at this. Her voice is calm and clear. It makes the instructions easier to follow.
Another thing that I appreciate from the yoga instructors (Keia Dreger, Ricky Brennan, and Suzi Bird) is them to enable us to challenge ourselves and providing us with a harder sequences. I like how their classes focus on different parts of the body and provides us with different poses to learn.
Unfortunately, due to my school classes, I am unable to attend Ricky's class this semester. Maybe you could give him more classes to teach throughout the week in evenings please :D
Another thing that appreciate is the music being played during class. Certain melody can give rise to motivation. I definitely like Suzi's and Ricky's playlist. More vocal music please such as "Massive Attack - Teardrop" and "Chris Malinchak - So Good To Me".
I really like the scented oils. It is quite pleasant. It masks the smelly odours of certain people (It is rarely that I get stuck next to a smelly person in class though. Maybe 1 out of 10 classes, though it is quite suffering smelling these odours :/ I have a bad time). Unfortunately, I am unable to smell the scented oils in the evening classes, only in the mornings. It seems like the scented oils has faded away by evening time. You guys should reapply the scented oils for every class :D I would greatly appreciate it. Its just so pleasant to smell.

The overall feeling is nice and calm. the establishment is kept clean and supplies are well stocked. My girlfriend loves the tea!
some of the staff are nice, the fruit and tea is great. But i hope also for coffee for the people who loves coffee. ths stuff inside the changing room is also great.

The 2 teachers that I've had, Emily and Graham are amazing! They know their stuff and keep the class entertained even when things start to get a little tough. The studio is always clean and staff up front is very friendly! Just a wonderful relaxing environment.
