Love the yoga nidra class. Many great instructors. It's nice that some of the classes are changing back to Hatha and all aren't flow classes. Great front staff. Always friendly.

The large number of non hot yoga classes that you offer. Also you offer a variety of types of yoga and various times they are available so it's easy to find a class to attend.

Loved the class today with Gabby ..! she was very instructional ... And we could hear her well ..I love it when the instructor walks around the room and does hands-on for putting people in the right position and explains poses ..I think that's important for my yoga practice ..the breathing was awesome best yoga class I have been to at this studio to date
I think it's important for the instructor to know who's new and who is not to yoga...
And then they can focus on the newbies for the class and do the practice with the not so new ... walk around the room ...and see what is going on after explaining ...loved the class!

What do you like about our services?

The studio is clean and well located. I appreciate the focus on individual improvement and listing to my own body rather than trying to reach an arbitrary standard. I was very intimidated when I started and the instructors have been very supportive and reassuring. Most of the staff have been very friendly. One thing I would like to see is more variety in the daytime classes, something other that Hatha flow or Hot flow during the weekdays.

Stuff is very friendly. Lessons are interesting and I feel much better after classes. Instructors always explain properly and clear to understanding how to do poses. I like hot tea after class as well!!
