I hated yoga classes before, I tried many is not like the trainer, pushy, made me feel uncomfortable. My two times experience at south location, made me feel comfortable eventhough I am very much out of shape. I will definitely continue after my 4 weeks trial

I like the variety of yoga classes provided and the high quality of the teachers. Just one comment though, I really like the yin classes and wondering if it would be possible to schedule some yin classes earlier in the evening during the week. with my earl morning schedule I find it difficult to make it to a 9:30 yin class during the week

I fell in love with yoga through Moksha and I recently started going to yoga at Yogalife. I have to say that I absolutely LOVE yogalife over Moksha. The reason being is that you guys have such variety in each class, it's fun, and it's laid back. Each Yogalife I have been to is very friendly and I always feel welcome when I am there. Whereas at Moksha, although the teachers and practice are great, I find it is the same thing every class and that leads to less excitment. Yogalife has a perfect balance. Love it!
The cleanliness, the Zen atmosphere, the variety of classes offered, the great attitude and helpfulness of the reception staff. The thoroughness of the teachers and their patience with the yogi's that need extra attention. I have been to several studios in Edmonton and your studio is the best. Hands down!! No comparison. Congratulations to the young lady that came up with this concept. You rock!!
