The combination of the heat, the low lighting, the postures, the instructors, and the intentions. Kirstie will be missed. She was a sage as far as the intentions went. She made practice a total body, mind and spiritual experience. Sometimes the loudness of the Barre studio is distracting. Kirstie also had a way of "owning" the class that was sometimes necessary and impressive - making sure people followed the etiquette of quiet, no smell of perfume or alcohol, understanding the courtesy policy, etc.

All of your classes are amazing but over and above that all of your instructors are positve and accomidating people from the minute I enter the studio to the moment I leave. I know that things can be difficult at times (new registration and cancellation procedures), however, evryone is professional and upbeat evn though I am sure that the complaints have been numerous. Your instructors are real in that when they are having a difficult moment, and share it with us, it makes me realize that us are all practising yoga together. I love that about the studio!
