I love the classes. Not to difficult but at times challenging which is good. I love the heated room! Very good instructors and they get right into the session without alot of unecessary chatting.

As you know for the last nine months, I have become passionate about Barre. I like how Barre has changed my body, and it does zap my energy like the Hot Room. I also started taking Core Flow with Sari. My thought was, my core needs a lot more work, and the class isn't in the Hot Room. I find these core flow hard. She has me doing things that I have never done, and has introduced me to the fact there are more levels to the fitness of yoga. More importantly, what Sari help me realize was the depth of the intentions. There can be more meaning to it than the obvious simple message. I think back to the intentions, I heard from Jessiman 2 years ago and smiled at my naivety.
In December, Sari, Matt and Marissa separately all suggested I try Prana Flow. I took my first class last night and found it the hardest class I have ever taken. It's like I'm starting from scratch. I will be scheduling both classes each week.
On Christmas morning I took the class and found it much easier to breathe. After class I checked, the temperature was the usual 40 degrees, but the humidity was 35%. Wednesday noon Flow class was 43% by the end. I would find it easier to use the Hot Room if there was a way to keep the humidity below 40%.

I loved the atmosphere, the teacher (phil) made it meaningful yet fun, and the heat wasn't as horrible as I thought it would be. ;-)

I love the many options for classes at different times of the day. It makes it easier for me to come more regularly. I cannot commit to one specific time a week because of my busy personal and profession life. Also I love the instructors; they are all different but wonderful in their own ways. Is a very positive, inviting and accepting place.
This was my first time back to moksha in two years, and the instructor was awesome - she corrected where needed and was amazingly encouraging! I hope to go again soon. However, it would be awesome if there was more available parking. All of the spots seem to be reserved for other businesses.
We thought the instructor was excellent. Very clear, concise and easy to follow. We truly enjoyed our experience and we are looking forward to many more classes.
