I like that modo offers 6a classes. Not many studios offer classes, good quality classes, that early. I like how it helps me start my day the right way.

What do you like about our services?

I like the times in which classes are offered. The Modo Yoga App is super easy and convient to use in signing up for classes. I resently started doing Barre so its nice to have another class option besides yoga. And, finally, all the teachers are wonderful and the community is wonderful.

I can't rave about MODO enough! In July, I'll have been a member for 2 years and I'm proud to say I just hit my 50lbs weight loss milestone. All thanks to environment at MODO; it has given me the space and freedom to find myself and sweat out what doesn't serve me anymore.

Friendly & genuine instructors & staff. Wonderful hot room. Clean facilities. Spine centered yoga practice with wonderful intention setting. Welcoming studio and Modo is always trying make itself a better community.

I really enjoy the variety of class styles and connect most with the vinyasa flows. Kirstie is one of the most effective instructors that Modo has and extremely passionate about what she brings to class! I am sincerely sad to see her gone.
