I really love everthing about Moksha. Over the past 7 years since I joined the moksha community I have experienced a sense of acceptance with my yoga practise knowing that I come to my mat for good health and stress release. Having had high blood pressure and weight fluctuates my lifetime knowing that yoga and barre will sustain me in my health. Moksha instructors have encouraged me to try different classes and to challenge myself. I do appreciate those smiling friendly faces at the Wave and Donald. All of the classes that I have attended over these past 7 years have brought me to the person I am now today. I thank all of the team at moksha for their dedication and commitment to making this the best yoga studio on the planet!! Shout outs to Sari, Leslie, Kerri, Matt, Lise, Larissa, Richel, Marissa (miss peace!!), Jenn, Sean, Tabitha, and if I missed anyone sorry.....

The only thing was that the room was a bit cool towards the end of the class, I do understand it was very cold out hat night though.
