I like the intention and the way that intention is woven into the class. i love the challenge and the encouragement. The teachers are great! great conversation and helpful to answer questions. I love coming. I also like the studio: it's fresh.

The studio is clean, calm and welcoming, the instructors are all very good making for really good yoga classes. I really enjoy that the instructors set an intention for the class and refer back to it throughout the class. The intentions and breathing techniques stay with me and have helped me through a lot of hard times :)
This is my go to hot yoga place. I like it a lot more than Core Power and Heat Yoga in Blaine!
