The only time i have interacted with your organization is when I needed help paying my dues so I can not comment

You are always trying to take our benefits away or fine us or let for sale by owners use our the MLS. I am still waiting for confirmation that you charged my $195 so that you do not shut me down on Oct 3
I like the personal tutorials they do for our office on new products that are available.

It is not that you have disappointed me. I can't imagine a circumstance where I would recommend Mainstreet. It is a given isn't it? As far as I know you are our only choice. One thing about the entire industry I would comment on is that everyone is offering similar services to us, similar contact management programs, search programs, etc. To learn them all and to pick the one we care to use is so time consuming it is unimagineable. And all the services want us to pay them. It would be good if we had one service that supplied all. Many of the upgrades we receive take more time to learn than the return on value we get. The industry on line is almost out of control. I also wish that our listings were "ours" not given to trulia, zillow, etc. Who then market them back to us or sell them to someone else. I fell all of this is out of control.

Zero benefits to being a member if you have to work full time to make ends meet. All you do is ask for money, then give it to politicians. If I want to make any political contributions, I would choose them myself.

You can improve on payment notifications. We are notified that dues are due long before we are able to pay but not notified after we are able to submit payment. Next notification is always past due. It would be great to be able to choose the amount of reminders we receive when payments are due or just have several reminders so account is not pass due.

I spoke to two representatives September 28 regarding the MLS fee, requesting first to waive the late fee, and if that wasn't possible to pay the original amount and the late fee 10/1. The first response was a flat NO. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was given Cristy who told me about the "two year rule" after receiving a flat NO from her as well. I felt as though this information was delivered in a rather callous, insensitive manner. Most of my regular bills allow a grace period BEYOND the due date, and if this is OUR "Organization" there should be something similar. As a matter of fact there shouldn't be a late fee for the members at all!
The association offers many events as well as training/growth opportunities.
Services are good but getting too expensive.
