The service is great. Barb is so helpful and kind in offering to help me get an issue resolved and to help me with questions while not just providing answers but always showing me how to do whatever I need help with.
Polite responses, usually quite timely unless they're swamped, which is a matter of circumstance rather than fault, so that's fine.
The lady who did the 2 day training was very opinionated when she should of been focused on the facts and teaching.
Also when I called a few times staff was rude. Same experience in person when I was there for 2 day class

I do not use the Oganization. It's only getting our money for nothing, just because of the rules require us to be a member of any organization. I never call, never ask, never use.....
Ask for a late fee removed because I had a financial emergency and was told know because the Board of Directors will not allow. I've paid thousands in dues over the years and was not helped.
Apparently the billing screen online can mislead agents into paying the wrong fee. On September 8th I logged in to pay my dues. I saw that the Dec dues where already there so I proceeded to pay both and unfortunately paid next years dues only. As a result of those dues being there so much in advance I incurred disconnection and a late fee. I am sure I am not the only one this has happen to. Please see for yourself how this is something that can be improved . MY ID is 922222

It is a very good organization that offers many classs. Just wish there was an automatic credit card payment system to avoid the late charges.

The needs of the leadership are consistently put ahead of the needs of membership.
Training is almost a joke. If you call you will wait on hold listening to a message about how important the members are to MORE.
Really nobody that I know believes that. This association is a Dinosaur waiting to die or go extinct.
It no longer serves a need or purpose. Take money from the wiorking members and spend it often foolishly.
Ah... Think I'll just talk to my cat. At least she'll purr & pretend to care!
