Having only been a realtor for a few months, I don't have any input at this time. I do know that after taking the Jumpstart class, I was sold on Mainstreet! Can't wait to take more classes and participate in more activities.
Courteous all the time. You have always answered my questions or helped me with any issues.

most of the time when I call someone at the board, I get voice mail and it takes hours if not a day to get a call back. I have been a member of the board for 39 years and you used to be able to talk to a real person.

I can not find my start date as a realtor. It used to show where all of my information is stored. Why would they take that out. We are asked many time how long we have been a Realtor/Broker.
Very hard to get direct answers. When asking a question you are sent to different people and then they say " WELL I AM NOT SURE HOW THAT SHOULD BE ANSWERED " so we have to call downstate.
Very prompt service and I received my materials quickly.
