Extremely nice and client focused.
Sometimes when I call in for help, people responding have a bit of an attitude. It's better than it was a few years ago, though.

I like the location, however as long standing member I very unhappy that for the first time I was charged a late fee due to my oversight of the dues being due on 9/28. My husband is dealing pancreatic cancer and our finances are very tight and I really overlooked the dues.

No question is considered stupid (even if it is) by your staff!
We seem to be a lot of dues but do not receive much for it. Our retail store to purchase supplies is non-existent. We go to Heartland to buy what we need.
They are well organized, quick to respond and very professional.
No follow up when report anonymously bad information on listing data. Too many agents are failing to complete listing in a manner that properly reflects the properties amenities or simply have bad data.
I believe the organization is too "fee crazy". I have been a member about 11 years. I have enjoyed the service and have not experienced any issues or complaints from the public or M.O.R.E. I remain a sole proprietor, as I do not want any issues with employees. Here lately, I've received e-mail indicating: 1.I will be fined $100 for Office registration ( not received) and a $25 fine because payment was not received. I complied with BOTH in the required timely manner, but it's my understanding there are contentions that neither was received. I will contact M.O.R.E to discuss the matter. I do not have an extra $125 to give M.O.R.E

I received a call yesterday that we had to pay our more fee today to not incur a late fee and I had a late fee of $25
Phone message I received about dues said pay by today or late fee will incure and they charged me anyway
