Clean, good interaction with therapist about the level of massage intensity. Quiet, relaxing, nice front desk service.
I like the relaxing environment, along with the pleasant staff. And highly trained estheticians and massage therapist.
I see Dana regularly because she is part of staying heathly for me. My job is physical and requires lots of upper body strength. If not for Dana I would not be in good shape. For me it's not an option it's a must!

More comfortable beds, felt like they were travel, unsteady beds. Heated beds/blankets are nice, too!

I just felt the sales pushes were a little too much. When I said I wasn't interested in a membership they kept trying to sell me one.
Front desk staff is always pleasant and accomodating. I am always pleased with massage, facial and waxing services. Providers are knowledgable.
I have had 3 great masseuse so far and i go once a month. Very friendly, clean, relaxing. Great value.
Also utilize facials which have been great as well.
The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. Exactly what I was looking for.
The rooms along the wall of the hair Salon are very noisey. Trying to relax during my session was very difficult since I could hear salon equipment and people talking.
I love my masseuse, but I also really appreciate the friendly front desk staff (on the phone and in person) the facility (so clean and pretty) and the convenience of the location. I leave La Vida feeling relaxed, happy and refreshed! Thank you!!

I appreciate the professionalism of all employees. The facility is very clean. The appointments are done in such a way that there is never much of a wait.
This is the second time that I've had a massage and froze during the process. The air conditioning is turned so cold that it doesn't matter if I'm on a heated blanket or not. The massage itself is fine, it's just too cold to relax and enjoy it while I'm on the verge of shivering.
