Karsten was amazing! All staff was very friendly and happy to help with anything in order to make their guests feel comfortable. 10/10 highly recommend!!!!

Therapist was nice but got lighter in touch as the session went on barely feeling like a massage. I feel that if you tell the therapist at the beginning to do it a certain way, no further prompting she have to happen.

I also feel a 60 minute massage should be a true 60 minutes- not 10 for changing clothes and 50 minutes for the actual service. This shows that La Vida not worth the money: You can go to locally owned massage places, and get a true 60 minutes of massage for cheaper.

I will not recommend chain massage places such as La Vida as it is NOT a good experience or deal for the money. I perhaps may try it one time to give it another chance.

I was greeted when I walked in the door and offered some water while I waited. Just a few minutes. Christa took very good care of me. I asked to not be roughed up, didn't want a deep, deep touch. She kept it light, as I asked and took excellent care of me. Christa also offered suggestions to help me until my next visit. Very pleased.

The person giving message seemed like she had allergies or a cold- had a few coughing spells during session. Aside from maybe being contagious it was a bit distracting at times.

He was amazing, the entire staff upon being greeted was very enjoyable and I look forward to continuing on a regular basis..

Everyone is always very friendly and courteous. I really like the products they have. Lisa has done my facials for over a year. She is always interested in what's happening in my life. She is knowledgeable and has good suggestions to help with my skin care.

Professionalism of Lindale and the atmosphere is very calming

Availability of appointments. Seems like lately there has been a limited amount of appointment slots available in my desired time range. Also lost my favorite masseuse so it required me to try different ones until I found one I liked. Seems like when LaVida loses a masseuse it should give a discount to the customers that used that masseuse so they can try different ones. Used at least two of my monthly slots before finding one that may work.

The surroundings are quite pleas,ant and the service is very good. An oasis in a busy area.
